Bee Removal

This is taken to our quarantine site, and providing that it passes all tests over the coming months will be turned into a kept beehive.
Established hive (ground level): If possible, we will cut out the comb and remove hive to rescue them. If not able to be rescued, we will treat them with a product designed to move them on somewhere else so your problem is solved.
Established hive (high – up to 4 metres max): We will attempt to save, but if not possible we will put a product on them that will make them all want to leave and set up somewhere else (your problem resolved).

Mouse Control
Price range: $195.00 through $1,080.00Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product pageDifferent Bait Options: There are two different types of bait to choose from.
G1 requires rodents to feed on the bait for several days in a row and takes more than a week to kill the rodent. If there is a break in the feeding cycle of the bait, then the process starts all over again. For this reason, we do not provide any warranty on any of our G1 options.
G1 Options (no warranty):
- G1 Basic Roof Rat Baiting Program – $195 – We strategically place rodent bait in the roof space only.
- G1 Full Rodent Package – $295 – We place rodent bait in the roof and install 3 tamper-resistant rodent stations with G1 bait around the property. No follow-up visit required.
G2 is a restricted product that is fast-acting (starts to kill the rodents immediately). This bait is not allowed to remain onsite over time without assessment of the property (due to government restrictions), and all of our options are in accordance with the same.
G2 Options
- G2 Basic Roof Rat Baiting Program – $270 – We place three rodent stations in your roof and return after 30-days to replace all G2 bait with G1 for ongoing maintenance.
- G2 Full Rodent Package – $390 – We place a total of six rodent stations in your roof and interior/exterior of the home. We return after 30-days to replace all G2 bait with G1 for ongoing maintenance.
- G2 Superior Rodent Blitz Package – $1,080 – We place a total of eight rodent stations throughout your property in the highest probable feeding areas. We return every month (within 35-day requirement) to evaluate and replenish G2 bait with fresh G2 bait as required for a period of one year.
Swatapest Mouse Packages Explained
The Basic: Hearing noises in your roof but not seeing or finding anything in your home? This option would suit you as it is designed to treat just the roof space where mice may be setting up a new home, and eliminate them before they become a real issue. This option is roof only.
The Full Rodent Treatment: You’ve seen a mouse at your property but the issue is still relatively small (i.e. you have no major food sources for the rodents to regularly feed on like chooks or bird aviary). We will carry out a site inspection and determine the best placement for our tamper-resistant rodent stations, whether on the roof or the exterior of the home. Every job is different, but our experts will evaluate and work out the best positioning and solution.
Superior Rodent Blitz Treatment: You’ve seen several mice, and you have chickens or other rodent food sources on your property. Your issue is not likely to be a one-time thing, but an ongoing problem. Our team will work with you to provide a site inspection, work out exactly where the best positioning will be for your 8 tamper-resistant rodent stations, and we will return to your property every month to assess and ensure you always have the freshest and best rodent bait available to keep rodent populations under control.
Large Properties 1000+ sqm: You may add an extra station to any mouse control treatment option for $35.00 per station.
