I have been using SWATAPEST over the last 3 years. I have a lovely old timber home in the hills that I built some 20 years ago. Despite having annual termite inspections the house was attacked on several occasions causing great distress. I was impressed with the SWATAPEST proposal that involved creating a number of traps around my property and having those traps regularly inspected. The traps have a chemical that will attract any termites in the vicinity before they attack my home. If termites are located in these traps they are exterminated by SWATAPEST.

The major benefit is the peace of mind that we get from having these regular checks by knowledgeable experts. The added bonus is that I no longer have to go under and around my property ensuring that all timber supports have ground clearance.
